Course is entirely on asphalt; out-and-back route from Agios Petros to Stravorrachi (18.7km turnaround) and back. Single cutoff at the turnaround (18.7km/Stravorrachi) — must arrive by 13:00, within 3 hours of the start. Aid stations at 5.7km (Stani/Agios Petros), 10.4km (Arcadia–Laconia border), 14.7km (Parnon Refuge), 18.7km (Stravorrachi – turnaround, drop bags allowed), 22.7km (Parnon Refuge), 27km (Arcadia–Laconia border, drop bags allowed), 31.7km (Stani, drop bags allowed); water, isotonic drinks, sweets, bananas, and salty snacks at all stations. All finishers receive a medal, dry-fit t-shirt, and commemorative backpack; special trophies for top 3 men and women.
