GPS tracker mandatory.
Mandatory equipment: headlights + extra batteries, aluminium blanket, whistle, elastic bandage, extra T-shirt, water tank, mobile phone, 500 kcal solid food, personal soft cup.
Cutoff times: Kastellanoi 17km (4h), Stavros 30km (6h).
6 aid stations; no plastic cups — bring own flask or soft cup.
Route: Ermones → Myrtiotissa → Glyfada → Kontogialo → Kastellanoi → Stavros → Benitses → Achilleion Palace → Mouse Island (Pontikonissi) → Liston Square.
Bus transfer from Liston at 13:40 to Ermones.
BIB pickup Saturday May 8 13:00–15:30 near finish.
