Start and finish at Lithotopo marina. Flat trail on the eastern embankment; lower path opened exclusively for participants, climbing to the upper path near km 3 where the lake opens up — and lucky runners may spot the characteristic water buffalo. Back to the lower path to Agios Stefanos church (km 7) and the K3 canal, then turnaround and return via the upper path. 3 aid stations at km 4, 7, and 10. Bib pickup: Saturday 10:00-18:00, Sunday 07:00-08:45 at the marina. Age: 18+ (under 18 with parental consent). Age categories: General / U34 / 35-49 / 50-64 / 65+.
