Start and finish at Michail Archangelou Square in Ano Viannos, looping through the Livadia plain. The route runs 200m of asphalt past the Viannos town hall, then a paved path by the monument to writer Ioannis Kondylakis and the Agios Konstantinos chapel, followed by about 5km of good dirt road around the fertile plain. A gentle climb through olive groves at Pontikies leads past the Kavousi gorge and Vigla peak to the Agia Kyriaki chapel, then 2.5km of asphalt past the historic Agia Moni monastery, before a final stretch of good dirt road and 500m of asphalt back to the square.
