Official name: 9th Xenodameios Dromos, organized by the Athletic Academy of Antikyra "Xenodamos" in collaboration with the Municipality of Distomo-Arachova-Antikyra. Asphalt course, from Elan Square via 25is Martiou to the Othonos roundabout (aviation) and back, finishing at the square. A participation event, not a timed/ranked race - open to everyone regardless of age. Intended to create family memories through participation in the 800m popular race. Provided: bib number; medal for all children and for adults who chose the paid race-kit package; post-race refreshments; commemorative student t-shirt at a symbolic cost while stocks last. Free for children/students and accompanying walkers; adults wanting the race kit (bib, medal, t-shirt) may register for a fee. Children under 9 (born 2015 or later) must be accompanied by an adult. No rankings or awards ceremony for this race. Registration in person at the Athletic Academy's office (with parental consent form), online individually, or as a school group (10+ students). Bib pickup: Saturday 17/10 10:00-17:30 and Sunday 18/10 until one hour before the race, at Antikyra Primary School. Part of a two-day event aiming to encourage sports participation at every age and highlight the history and natural beauty of Antikyra. Included in the official SEGAS competition calendar.
