The course starts and finishes at Petrousa's central square; 10K runners complete the 5K loop around the perimeter of the village twice. There is a slight incline since the village sits at the foothills of a mountain, and the route is entirely on asphalt. Time limit: 2 hours. The €10 entry fee includes a timing chip, commemorative t-shirt and finisher medal, and is paid at the race secretariat (KAPI Petrousas hall, Monday 24/8 18:00-21:00 and Tuesday 25/8 11:00-13:00 & 17:00-21:00; runners from outside the prefecture may pay on race day 16:30-18:30). Online registration until 20/08/2026. Cups are awarded to the top 3 men and women overall and prizes to the top 3 of each age category.
