Parent-child or person with disability and companion race. Start/Finish: Koufalia Tennis Club courts. 8 staggered starts every 5 minutes from 18:00; participant briefing at 17:45. Route follows a downhill dirt section towards the base of the 1000 pines of Koufalia Hill, climbs uphill through the pine trees, then turns left at the top and returns via a parallel dirt road past the priest's house back to the tennis courts. Elevation gain: +42m. No timing or rankings — all participants are winners. Medical coverage: cardiologist/pathologist on-site, with rescue personnel and volunteers throughout. Max participants: 200. All participants receive a commemorative medal and technical t-shirt (athletes registering in the final week before the deadline may receive the t-shirt by post after the race). Post-race refreshments: water, fruit and protein drink. Awards ceremony starts at 19:45. Bib pickup: race day at tennis courts 16:00–18:00, or at Gipatidou Optical Center, Ethniky Antistaseos 35, Koufalia, Thu 18/6 and Fri 19/6, 09:30–13:30 & 17:30–21:00.
