Loop course starting and finishing at the Central Square of Katouna (Church of Agios Athanasios). Route has alternating downhill and uphill sections; lowest point 261m, highest point 333m. Age categories with awards for 1st male and female in each: General, 40–49, 50–59, 60+. All finishers receive a commemorative medal. Water stations along the route; water, bananas, and juices at the finish. Electronic timing. Medical clearance recommended; participants run at own risk. Do not bring valuables — organizers are not liable for losses. Awards ceremony: men 20:45, women 21:00. Bib and chip pickup at the Central Square of Katouna up to 2 hours before the race.
