Mandatory equipment: headlamp (front and back) and reflective body gear (disqualification if missing).
All participants receive a medal and commemorative race bib.
16-hour time limit per athlete.
Meal provided at finish in Thermopylae.
Transport from Athens (depart 16:00 from Aigaleo Metro) and return available.
Individual aid stations at 23 checkpoints along the course.
