Route traverses the trails of Syrrako and Kalarytes, passing the Kouiasa bridge, Chrousia gorge, and historic cobblestone paths (kalderimi) linking the two Vlach villages of Pindus.
In 2025 the event recorded its highest international turnout with runners from Belgium, Poland, Austria, the UK, and Turkey.
