Forest trail course with 8.35km dirt roads and 5.15km asphalt. Multiple aid stations at 1.7km, 4.7km, 7.3km, and 10.7km providing water and isotonic drinks. Central aid station at 7.3km (Rafanaiou Square) also offers bananas, candy, and salty snacks. Medical support includes ambulance, physician, and volunteer paramedics. Minimum age: 18 years. Participants must wear visible race bib. Electronic timing required at start and finish. In-person registration is now available: Wednesday July 1st, 17:30–21:00 at Mountains Gerontas store (Chr. Katsari 41); Friday July 3rd, 14:00–16:00 at Mountains Gerontas store (Chr. Katsari 41); Saturday July 4th at Ampelochori (Skloupo); Sunday July 5th until 08:30 AM (half hour before race start), subject to participation limits not being reached. Race packet pickup for those already registered online takes place during the same dates and times.
