Fully paved 14 km loop starting and finishing at the Church of the Transfiguration of the Saviour in Metamorfosi, Arachamites, on the eastern side of Mount Mainalo. Signage and kilometre markers along the whole route, with red marking ribbons at key points. Four water stations roughly every 3 km, which also act as timing checkpoints, so runners must keep their bib visible. Age categories - Men: overall, 18-39, 40-59, 60+; Women: overall, 18-39, 40+. Cups and honorary medals for the top 3 men and top 3 women overall, an honorary cup for every category, and a commemorative diploma and medal for all finishers. Open to runners aged 18 and over (born 2008 or earlier) with a recent medical check-up; every participant signs a health waiver. Field capped at 150. Registration is online only; the EUR 10 entry is paid in cash at the secretariat when collecting the bib. Secretariat open on race day 08:30-10:00 at the start/finish. Personal belongings can be left in the stadium changing rooms. Live and final results by FTT (ftt.gr). SEGAS 2026 rules apply.
