Two laps of the 5K route: start at Kala Nera beach, along the river, first parallel street of Kala Nera, coastal road, finish at the start. Water stations at 2.5km, 4km, 7.5km and 9km. Electronic chip timing at start, turnaround and finish. Cups for the top 3 men and top 3 women overall, plus age-group cups (men: up to 29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+; women: up to 29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+).
