Circular mountain course following Grammos ridge through beech and fir forests. Highest point: 2,168m elevation. 3 feeding stations with water, isotonic drinks, bananas, and salty snacks. Time limit: 5 hours 30 minutes. Includes race bib, electronic timing chip, medal, athlete gift bag, post-race meal, medical services, completion certificate with time, photos, and technical t-shirt.
