Irish ford (stream crossing) on route. Minimum age: 18 years. Younger runners may participate with written guardian consent. Electronic chip timing. Medical coverage and traffic control throughout. Aid stations on course. Km markers. Baggage storage, changing rooms and toilets at start/finish area. Finisher medal for all. Trophies for top 3 men/women overall and top 1 man/woman per age category: 18–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60+. Awards ceremony at 12:15 at start/finish. Race pack pickup: Sat May 23 (17:00–21:00) and Sun May 24 (08:00–09:30) at the start area. Max participants: 150.
