Starts at Arkadi Monastery and follows the Arkadi-Rethymno provincial road through Amnatos, Kyrianna, Loutra, Pigi, Adele, Tsesmes and the Platanias/Perivolia suburbs into Rethymno, along the seafront and past the Fortezza fortress via Petychaki, Arkadiou and Melissinou streets and Plateia Iroon Polytechniou, finishing at the Rethymno Municipal Stadium (Sochora). Kilometer markers every 5km; timing mats at the start, 10km point and finish. Open to men and women born 2007 or earlier. Same day at the same venue: a dynamic walk on this course, a 6km popular race, school kids' races and a shot put competition.
