7th edition, marking 10 years (2017-2027) of the Mani Tour - a full circuit of Inner Mani, "from Aposkieri (the shaded coast) to Prosiliaki (the sunlit coast) and back to Aposkieri". Start and finish at the central square of Areopoli, by the statue of Petrobey Mavromichalis, beginning with the national anthem. The 80.5 km route runs entirely on asphalt through villages including Dryalos, Paleochora, Gerolimenas, Porto Kagio, Lagia, Kokkala, Nifi and Chimara. 16 aid stations and 5 intermediate cut-off points along the course. Held under the auspices of the Municipality of East Mani. Entry requires a completed ultramarathon, or a sub-4:30 marathon, in recent years. Finishers receive a technical dry-fit t-shirt and a commemorative medal; special awards for the top 6 men and women, and a commemorative gift for every woman participant.
