A demanding loop around the picturesque village of Limni, starting near the Limni Boutique Experience hotel at the eastern harbour entrance. Climbs the Kokkinia steps, passes the post-Byzantine Agios Athanasios church, the Palia Vrysi spring (aid station, ~2.5km), the hills of Agia Paraskevi and Agios Meletios, and reaches the course's highest point at Profitis Ilias / the church elderly home (aid station, ~4km), before descending past the Koukos woodland back to the harbour. Minimum age 15, recent medical clearance required. All finishers receive a medal engraved with Limni Evias; cups for the top 3 men and women overall (no age-category awards).
