Honors the memory of Giorgos Chios, a pioneer of Greek distance running and international SEGAS athletics official; the route follows the path a young Lela Karagianni once walked to the Anglo-Greek magnesite mines at Katounia. Out-and-back along the paved coastal road to Katounia (turnaround and aid station at 3.5km) and back to the Town Hall. Minimum age 15, recent medical clearance required. All finishers receive a medal engraved with Limni Evias; cups for the top 3 men and women overall (no age-category awards). Bib pickup from 16:00 near the start, in front of the Town Hall.
