Open to men and women aged 15+; ages 15–18 require parental consent. No medical certificate required, but participants take full responsibility for their fitness and safety. Mandatory gear: hydration reservoir (min 0.5L), trail shoes, and visible BIB number. Two aid stations on the course: km 4.5 (Kiosks/Kokkkinogies) and km 8.2 (Stavros/Boulotas Refuge); no plastic cups — bring your own vessel. BIB pickup at Litochoro Municipal Park (Olympus Marathon EXPO Area) with valid ID. Time limit: 5 hours. Awards ceremony at 14:30 at Litochoro Park; finisher medals to all who complete within the time limit; trophies to top 3 men and top 3 women overall.
