Demanding 22km trail race starting at Nymfes village square. Route passes through village neighborhoods toward Agios Georgios Platon church, follows varied terrain and slopes toward Askitario Nymfon, encounters the path to Nerotrouvies and the river. After crossing wooden bridge, continues uphill through trails and forest roads to the waterfalls. Then moves along the river, crossing its waters. From there begins the largest uphill section toward Holy Trinity monastery - a route full of greenery and views. Returns to finish at the square.
