Open to men and women aged 12+; ages 12–18 require parental consent. No medical certificate required; participants take full responsibility for their fitness and safety. Mandatory gear: trail shoes and visible BIB. No aid stations on the course; water and fruit available at the finish line. Time limit: 2 hours. Athletes must arrive at Litochoro Park by 08:45. BIB pickup at Litochoro Municipal Park (EXPO Area) with valid ID. Awards ceremony at 14:30 at Litochoro Park; finisher medals to all who complete within the time limit; trophies to top 3 men and top 3 women overall.
