A looping course starting and finishing at Strongylo on the Chalkida waterfront, crossing the historic Lilantio Field through Mytikas, Afrati, Fyla, Agios Nikolaos, Bourtzi and Nea Lampsakos alongside the Lilantas river, with a stretch past the Roman Aqueduct of Chalkida. The Lilantio Field was the site of the ancient Lilantine War between Chalkis and Eretria. Seven aid stations: 4km Park of Freedom, 7km Mytikas, 9.5km Afrati, 13.5km Agios Nikolaos, 16km Bourtzi, 18.5km Nea Lampsakos, 23km Chalkida. Race ambassadors: former national 100m/400m hurdles champion Dimitra Frantzi and heptathlon champion Thetida-Filippa Garantzogianni. Entry includes electronic timing, bib, technical t-shirt, finisher medal, aid stations, medical coverage and electronic results.
