Non-competitive event — no timing. Open to people with disabilities (ΑμεΑ) and their companions aged 12+; ΑμεΑ runners are recommended to have a companion. Start and finish at the Castle of Lamia (Κάστρο Λαμίας), at the top of the road leading to the castle entrance. Route: descend to the junction of Mpizaniou and Mel. Merkouri streets, turn right; at 1,250m from the start (just before Karyotaki street) make a U-turn and return — two loops for the 5K, one loop for the 2.5K; aid station at the 2.5km mark. On-site registration also available on race day from 10:00 to 11:30; bib and race pack pickup at the start area on race day up to 30 minutes before the start. For runners under 18, registration must be completed by a parent/guardian. All participants receive a commemorative medal and T-shirt; water and fruit at the finish.
