Loop route starting and finishing at the Kyprou pedestrian street in Erithres (405m elevation). Summit at Profitis Ilias (Elatias), the highest peak of Mt. Kithaironas at 1,409m, with a technical ridgeline traverse of approximately 10km at 1,200-1,400m altitude. Open to athletes 18 and older (born before 11 October 2008) in good physical condition. Intermediate cutoff at the Refuge station (7.2km) at 2h30 from the start; athletes outside the cutoff or withdrawing wait for the sweeper and are transported by organizer vehicle to the finish. Mandatory equipment: emergency blanket, mobile phone and extra food (solid or liquid); random equipment checks may be carried out at the start and during the race. Runners must carry their own bottle or cup (at least 500ml) for refreshments at the aid stations, which offer water, isotonic drink, banana, salty snacks and cola, plus medical support. Race pack pickup: Sunday 11/10/2026, 07:00-08:45, at the event kiosk/secretariat at the start area.
