Open to athletes 16 and older (born before 11 October 2010); minors must submit a consent form signed by their parent/guardian at race pack pickup. Runners must carry their own bottle or cup (at least 500ml) for refreshments. Aid stations at the start, 1.6km (American Base), 4.9km (Plateau), 7.2km (Refuge), 10.5km (Plateau), 14.2km (American Base) and the finish, offering water, isotonic drink, banana, salty snacks and cola at the mid-course stations, with medical support at every station and a recovery meal at the finish. Race pack pickup: Sunday 11/10/2026, 07:00-09:00, at the event kiosk/secretariat at the start area.
