This event features two separate time trial races: UPHILL (4,000m with 400m+ elevation gain) and DOWNHILL (5,500m with 400m- elevation loss). Registration opens at 13:30, race starts at 15:00. Time trial format with weaker runners starting first, stronger runners last. Starting point: Perraivou street bridge, finishing at EYA.TH. pumping station. First 70 registrants receive technical caps (€10 value). Medals for all participants, prizes for top 3 finishers. Age category awards available.
