New for 2026: a point-to-point half marathon from the mountain village of Filoti to Naxos Town. Held on the occasion of Pink October (Breast Cancer Awareness Month), under the auspices of the Ministry of Sports, in cooperation with the Municipality of Naxos & Minor Cyclades and the Filoti Athletic & Cultural Club 'Zeus'. Start: central road of Filoti at 'Platanos'. Finish: Portara, at the port of Naxos Town. Route through the island's inland with views of characteristic landmarks; aid stations with water and isotonic drinks along the course, km markers every 5 km. Minimum age: 18 years. Age categories: 18-34, 35-44, 45-55, 56-65, 65+. Awards to the top 3 men and women overall; medals and diplomas to the top 3 men and women in each age category. All finishers receive a finisher medal and a printed participation diploma. Race pack includes bib with timing chip, event t-shirt and finisher medal. Bib pickup: race day 10:00-12:30 at the race secretariat at the port (Portara). No race-day registration for the half marathon. Registration also by email to info@naxosrun.gr.
