Lango Hotel area, Lambi region, Kos Island. Flat asphalt route alongside the beach without elevation changes. Start and finish near Lango Hotel with turnaround point at 'the well'. Time limit: 90 minutes. Kilometer markers every 1km with one support station at midpoint. Top 3 male and female finishers receive awards. All participants receive commemorative medals.
