Circular route with moderate climbs and panoramic views, ideal for runners wanting to experience the island with intensity and rhythm. Starting from Punta Square, runners follow a peripheral route outside Chora heading toward Ano Meria. They turn around near the Police Station in Ano Meria and return to Chora via the same peripheral road, finishing at Punta Square. Mandatory checkpoint at Ano Meria turnpoint. Time limit: 1 hour 30 minutes. Age requirement: 16+ with parental consent (electronic timing). SEGAS federation athletes participate for free. Electronic timing, technical t-shirt, medal, refreshments at designated points, first aid coverage, and commemorative souvenir from Folegandros included.
