Completely flat, fully asphalted coastal route along the Vrachneika seafront — ideal for fast times, with markers at every kilometer. Start and finish at the Holy Church of Evangelistria on Vrachneika beach at 10:00; route via Alexiou Despotopoulou, Stavropoulou and 28is Oktovriou with a u-turn at the Roitika grove (2,500m). Open to runners aged 12 and over (under-18s with guardian consent); participation cap 400 runners. Time limit 50 minutes. Water at 2.5km and at the finish. Electronic chip timing; unofficial results at ftt.gr. Commemorative medal to all finishers; trophies and sponsor gifts to the top 3 overall men and women and to the top 3 of each age category (six categories). Award ceremonies around 11:00.
