Completely flat, fully asphalted coastal route along the Vrachneika seafront — ideal for fast times, with markers at every kilometer. Start at Alexiou Despotopoulou & Iroon Polytechneiou (end of Vrachneika beach) at 08:30; route via Stavropoulou, 28is Oktovriou and the Old National Road Patras-Pyrgos (u-turn at Mourta Beach), finishing at the Holy Church of Evangelistria on Vrachneika beach. Open to runners 18 and over; participation cap 400 runners. Time limit 1h30. Four water stations (3.5km, 5.5km, 7.5km, finish). Electronic chip timing; unofficial results at ftt.gr. Commemorative medal to all finishers; trophies and sponsor gifts to the top 3 overall men and women and to the top 3 of each age category (six 10-year categories); honorary awards to the oldest 10km finisher and the largest team. Award ceremonies around 11:00.
