16.7km mountain trail race on Mt Oiti with +1,225m elevation gain. UTMB category: 20K, ITRA points: 1. Time limit: 4h30m (finish by 13:00). One cutoff point: Kastania 7km (2h00m from start). Route starts and finishes at Ypati square (394m), passing through Kapnochori, Kastania, Ai Thanasis, Petrotos peak (1,242m), Rodokalo, and medieval castle of Ypati. 3 aid stations: Kapnochori (3km), Kastania (7km), Rodokalo (14km). Mandatory equipment: cup 150ml+ and emergency blanket 1.4×2.0m. No pacers allowed. No plastic cups at stations. Trekking poles permitted. Eligible: 18+ years old (16+ with guardian consent). No medical certificate required. Bib pickup: Saturday Sept 12, 14:00–20:00 and Sunday Sept 13, 07:00–08:45 at Rouska Foundation, Ypati square. Pasta party Saturday.
