Cutoff points: Neochori 17.8km (4h00m from start), Livadies 30.5km (7h50m from start). Route starts and finishes at Ypati square (394m), traversing Kapnochori, Kastania, Pathena, Neochori, Drakopidimata, summit Pyrgos (2,152m), Diasello, Livadies, Greveno peak (2,114m), Perdikovsky, Rodokalo, and medieval castle of Ypati. 10 aid stations. Mandatory equipment: cup 150ml+ and emergency blanket 1.4×2.0m. No pacers allowed. No plastic cups at stations. Trekking poles permitted. Eligible: 18+ years old (16+ with guardian consent). No medical certificate required. Bib pickup: Saturday Sept 12, 14:00–20:00 and Sunday Sept 13, 07:00–08:45 at Rouska Foundation, Ypati square. Pasta party Saturday.
