Part of the 19th Alonissos Challenge weekend (Sept 5-6, 2026). The swim leg (1.5km) starts at Chrysi Milia beach heading toward Milia beach, exits the sea toward the sports field, turns onto the Patitiri-Gerakas road, climbs to the Chrysi Milia junction, then descends back to the beach for the run finish. Open to ages 18+ with a recent medical check-up; participants must bring their own swim buoy. Runners must hand over their running shoes and race kit to organizers at packet pickup so they can be placed in the transition zone. Aid stations at Milia beach (swim exit), mid-run (~2.5km), and the finish (water + isotonic). Kit includes bib, timing chip, T-shirt, backpack, swim cap, number tattoo, wristband, medal, ferry ticket discounts, and entry to the Pasta & Beach Party (Sat 5/9). Awards to the top 3 men and women overall. Bib pickup: Sat 5/9 10:00-19:00 and Sun 6/9 from 07:00 in Patitiri (exact point TBA).
