Officially certified 10K course starting and finishing at the Merchant Marine Academy of Laconia (Ακαδημία Εμπορικού Ναυτικού Λακωνίας), certified by route certifier Christos Papoulias. Minimum age: 12 years. Adults participate at their own responsibility and must have a medical check-up beforehand; minors require parental/guardian responsibility or medical certificate. Race bib must be visibly displayed on the front of the racing attire; no alterations permitted. Aid stations with water and juice along the route; medical team on site. Intermediate timing at the halfway point. Top 3 men and top 3 women receive awards. All finishers receive a commemorative medal and official race t-shirt. Pre-race events on Saturday 02/05: athlete talks at 19:00 and Pasta Party at 21:00 on Neapoli beach. Registration also open on-site until 30 minutes before start.
