Trail race for intermediate runners. 10km with 200m elevation gain on forest roads (9.5km) and trail (0.5km). Course starts/finishes at Sheikh Sou forest entrance kiosk in Ano Toumpa, 100m past Malakopeio Recreation Area above ring road. 1 aid station at km 6 (water and isotonic drinks). Gradual ascent to km 1.7 via marked trail, steep climb 300m, then fire break descent (antypyriki zone) with forest road return to finish. Max 300 participants. Age 18+. Number pickup: 08:00-08:45 race morning. Safety: ΟΜ.Α.Κ Kalamarias with 12 rescuers, 3 vehicles, medical support. Awards: top 3 men and women plus age category winners (M: 40-55, 56+; W: 35-49, 50+).
