Aid stations every 2.5km (water), every 5km (sports drink), bananas at km 25/30/35, energy gel at km 20/30; portable toilets every 2.5km; sports massage at finish. Timing by All About Running / BibTag MyLaps (chip on bib, no return needed). Arrive at start by 07:00. Baggage drop at Town Hall (Plateia Eleftherias) using official race bag; drop off by 07:15; collected post-finish with bib number. Packet pickup at Town Hall: Fri 24 Apr 15:00–19:00, Sat 25 Apr 10:00–19:00; also at Town Hall kiosk on race day, 45 min before start. Awards ceremony at 11:15 at Plateia Eleftherias; winners wear official race t-shirt. Package includes tote bag with official t-shirt and sponsor gifts.
