Loop route starting and finishing at the Church of Agios Ioannis in Fokata; mostly flat with a few uphill stretches and scenic landscape variety. Age categories: 13–18, 19–30, 31–40, 41–50, 51–60, 61+ (men and women). On-site registration from 18:45 to 19:30; bring a valid ID. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian; all participants sign a liability waiver. Water stations along the course; post-race buffet with sweets and juices. Award cups for 1st place per category; medals for 2nd and 3rd; special awards for youngest and oldest finishers. All participants receive a medal. Parking available near the church.
