Part of the 12th 'En Nikopolei Aktia' Road Races, organized by the Municipality of Preveza with the Preveza Port Fund, the Ephorate of Antiquities of Preveza, the Preveza Runners Club, and the Ev Zin and A.O. Kotinos Preveza clubs. Starts at sunset from the 5th km mark of the 10K route, on Irinis Avenue near the 'Ta Svourakia' playground, past the Opel dealership, in front of the Water Park car wash, and finishes just past the Town Hall, near central Androutsou Square. Mostly flat to downhill, following the second half of the 10K route: the steepest downhill toward the Amvrakikos Gulf, along the seafront to Androutsou Square, through the town center past Agios Charalampos, and along the Preveza beachfront to the finish. Open to runners 18 and over; minors need a signed parental consent form at bib pickup. Pre-participation medical check advised; runners participate at their own risk. Age-category rankings (up to 45, 46-60, 60+) for men and women, with cup awards at 21:15 in Androutsou Square. Electronic timing, finisher medal, water on course and at the finish, bananas at the finish. Free bus transport to the start from Androutsou Square, 17:00-18:00 (last bus). Bib pickup at the Town Hall (next to the National Bank, seafront side) on Friday Sept 4, 18:00-21:00, and Saturday Sept 5, 09:00-14:00; also at the start area until 18:15 on race day for existing registrations only, no new sign-ups there. Registration opens Friday, August 21, 2026, and closes Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at 22:00, capped at 350 combined entries for the 5K and 10K races.
