Charity mountain race supporting the Autism ELPIDA Unit. Route in the periurban forest of Oraiokastro with 500m elevation gain. Start and finish at the main entrance of the ELPIDA Unit, Stefanidi St, Oraiokastro. Electronic timing with checkpoints at ~5km (Agia Paraskevi chapel, Neochorouda) and ~11km. Feed stations at ~5km (water + Powerade), ~11km (water, sweet and savoury snacks) and ~13km (water). Route: asphalt downhill from start, then forest uphill road for 1.5km (+125m), short flat, gentle uphill 600m (+35m), long downhill on dirt, past the dam at ~4.5km, first checkpoint at ~5km, then steep uphill 1km (+140m), downhill 500m, uphill 1.6km (+120m), gentle mixed terrain for 2.7km (+90m) to second checkpoint at ~11km, then 2.1km on gravel provincial road, steep 200m descent, downhill on dirt and asphalt to trail finish after Bon Chateau (~900m trail, 150m asphalt). Includes: technical t-shirt, backpack, cap, sports bottle, electronic timing, medical support, participation certificate, electronic commemorative diploma, medal and snack at finish. Age category awards (men and women): 18–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60+. Personalized race number for registrations by 22/3/26.
