One lap on hill trails and forest paths through the Veikou hill and the Tourkovounia area, reaching the summit, starting and finishing at the Galatsi Municipal Stadium. The stadium sits inside Alsos Veikou, a 256-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, a football pitch, outdoor gym equipment, a small theatre and open-air cinema, popular with Athenians on weekends; reachable by bus lines 444 and 608 or by car via Leoforos Veikou. Open to ages 18+ (a signed parental consent form is required for minors). Electronic chip timing with an intermediate checkpoint. Water stations along the route. Overall field cap of 2,000 runners across all Veikou Trail distances; no on-site registration on race day. Group registration (5+ people) available at a discount. Cups for the top 3 men and women overall, plus an award for the largest team; medals and a participation diploma (with name, time and finish rank, available online after results are published) for every finisher. Optional technical T-shirt and anniversary buff available at extra cost. Registration and distance changes accepted until December 25, 2026; cancellations accepted until the registration deadline, with refunds (minus registration/processing fees) issued after the event. Bib pickup: Saturday, January 16, 2027, 10:00-17:00, at the Alsos Veikou main entrance, RUNDOME (Mitropoleos 76, central Athens), Cosmos Sport (Leof. Mesogeion 433, Agia Paraskevi) or Katri Pharmacy (Gounari 227 & Ifaistou, Glyfada); race-day pickup only by prior arrangement with the organizers for runners traveling from afar. Ambulance and first-aid coverage on site; no medical certificate required, participants run at their own responsibility.
