A non-competitive children's race held in honour of the Virgin Mary, open to children born between 2012 and 2019, with no ranking and no individual timing. It is held with the blessing of the Metropolitan of Mesogaia and Lavreotiki, Nikolaos, and a Divine Liturgy is celebrated in the church at 07:00 beforehand. There is no entry fee; instead participants bring long-life food for the parish's Philoptochos (charity) brotherhood. Every child receives a commemorative medal and a bag of sponsors' products. Medical coverage is provided by an ambulance, a doctor and a defibrillator. The Secretariat is open for number collection and athlete identification strictly from 09:00 to 10:30. Access is by your own means to the Panagia Merenta church in Markopoulo (https://maps.app.goo.gl/2WGmMs5Uwz9GQ9r99). Minors take part with the permission and under the responsibility of their guardians. Registration implies consent to the recording and processing of audiovisual material for the event's communication. Entries open on 14 September 2026 and close once the participant limit is reached.
