Important Information
Point-to-point course starting in Keramoti and finishing at Myrodato Beach.
Bus transfer from Myrodato to Keramoti departs at 17:00.
Route follows the coastline of Nestos Delta National Park, crossing the Nestos river at km 12.
Time limit: 2 hours.
Aid stations at 2.5km, 5km, 7.5km.
Can be run barefoot.
